1. Rate your experience on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best experience possible.
9+ (the only thing keeping them from a perfect 10 is (not their fault) that they don't always have all the cultivars that I'm looking looking to buy in stock (the latest & greatest sell out VERY quickly)).
2. How would you rate the price paid for the items you bought?
9 (the newer and rarer cultivars are pricey, but they do lower the prices later on as they have more in inventory, etc... the other major cultivars are affordable)
3. What kind of condition was/were the item(s) you bought in upon receiving them?
10 (I've order different plants in both potted and bareroot - everything arrives in great shape and with the name tags)
4. If you had issues with the item(s) bought did you contact the seller to try and rectify the issues?
Haven't had any issues
5. If your answer to number 4 was yes, how would you rate the vendor's response to your issue? Examples: They were kind and respectful and sent me a replacement plant/They claimed it was all my fault and refused to provide me any help.

Yes - I've ordered from them ten times and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
7. If no to number 6, do you have any suggestions for the vendor as to how they could make you more likely to buy from them again?

8. How could the vendor improve their services?
I don't think they can, but it would nice if they always had every plant in stock at all times (but many sell out and I know Matt and Leah grow out the plants as a side job to their other careers).
