This section is not meant for bashing these vendors. It is meant to provide a means for members to share their experience with the listed vendors and allowing the vendors a chance to give their side of the story as well. Now for the rules.
Reviewer Rules:
1. No bashing the vendor. All reviews should be constructive. You can post about a negative experience but no talking crap without a valid reason.
2. No arguing on the public threads. If you and a vendor want to work things out please do it in private chats or via email.
3. No third party reviews. Example: "My friend bought plants from them and they arrived half dead."
4. To avoid issues, please follow the format given below for your vendor review. You do not have to follow it but it is strongly suggested.
Vendor Rules:
1. Do not ask for us to remove reviews.
2. You are welcome to defend yourself but no arguing on the public threads. If you want to work it out please do it in private chats or via email.
3. To avoid issues please follow the format given below for your messages.
Review Format:
1. Rate your experience on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best experience possible.
2. How would you rate the price paid for the items you bought?
3. What kind of condition was/were the item(s) you bought in upon receiving them?
4. If you had issues with the item(s) bought did you contact the seller to try and rectify the issues?
5. If your answer to number 4 was yes, how would you rate the vendor's response to your issue? Examples: They were kind and respectful and sent me a replacement plant/They claimed it was all my fault and refused to provide me any help.
6. Would you buy again from this vendor?
7. If no to number 6, do you have any suggestions for the vendor as to how they could make you more likely to buy from them again?
8. How could the vendor improve their services?
Vendor Response Format:
1. Did the consumer make any special requests? If so were they out of the ordinary?
2. Tell your side of the story (try not to place blame unless you are taking accountability for an issue you are now aware of)
3. What steps did you take to try and correct any issues the buyer had with you or your product.
Final note, The CCPS reserves the right to remove any posts made without providing reason.
Thanks!
